By checking the box "I have read and agree to the Chaos: Heroes War Terms of Use" on the registration page, the user or their guardian agrees to these terms. Therefore, please read this document carefully before using our website services. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use Chaos: Heroes War services and contact us to specify which points you disagree with, so we can continuously improve.

I. Parties

This "Chaos: Heroes War Terms of Use" (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is between:
a. Chaos: Heroes War: A game top-up store headquartered in the United Kingdom.
b. User: The individual who completes the registration form on the Chaos: Heroes War website ("Chaos: Heroes War"). Users must provide true, non-transferable personal information and are solely responsible for its accuracy. Users must create an account with a valid email and password ("Password"). If the user is under 16 years old, account registration and agreement to these terms must be completed with parental or guardian representation or assistance.

II. General Terms

User Registration
1.1 You become a user by completing Chaos: Heroes War account registration or using the top-up services on our website. This Agreement takes effect immediately upon your acceptance.
1.2 You must not disclose your password or allow others to use your account. Account information is personal and non-transferable. Chaos: Heroes War is not responsible for third-party use of accounts.
1.3 Any actions taken through your account login and/or password will be considered your own, and you are responsible for your computer system and internet connection security.
1.4 Chaos: Heroes War is not responsible for website communications or activities resulting from your password or account use.
1.5 Selling, renting, transferring accounts or in-game items is prohibited.
Product Terms
2.1 Chaos: Heroes War acts solely as an intermediary between users and game developers. Delivery delays may be caused by developer issues.
2.2 Users acknowledge that Chaos: Heroes War and its game-related logos, trademarks, documentation, etc. are intellectual property of Chaos: Heroes War or its licensors. Purchasing or using products does not transfer any rights.
2.3 Reselling products offered by Chaos: Heroes War is prohibited.
2.4 Chaos: Heroes War is not responsible for game content, bugs, or device compatibility issues. Users must contact developers directly for resolution.
2.5 All rights reserved. Legal action will be taken for any infringement.
Payment and Top-up
3.1 Users can purchase in-game items through supported payment methods including credit cards, CASHAPP, and bank transfers.
3.2 Choosing a payment method constitutes agreement to these terms.
3.3 Chaos: Heroes War is not responsible for items obtained through unofficial channels.
3.4 Payment issues must be reported immediately via customer service or email.
3.5 Users under 16 must make purchases with parental or guardian supervision.
Prohibited Conduct
4.1 Users must comply with the game platform's conduct rules. Violations may result in penalties.
4.2 Chaos: Heroes War is not responsible for penalties imposed by developers or platforms.
4.3 Users must familiarize themselves with Chaos: Heroes War's conduct rules and penalties.
4.4 Chaos: Heroes War may provide user data to authorities for illegal activities.
Account Security
5.1 Users must keep passwords confidential and change them immediately if compromised.
5.2 Users are responsible for all account activities. Chaos: Heroes War does not guarantee protection against unauthorized use.
5.3 Chaos: Heroes War is not responsible for damages caused by sharing personal information.
5.4 All account activities are presumed to be performed by the account holder.
Information Accuracy
6.1 Users must provide true, accurate registration information and keep it updated.
6.2 Chaos: Heroes War reserves the right to refuse changes to account ownership information (e.g., name, birthdate), allowing only non-ownership-affecting corrections.
Email
7.1 A valid email is required for registration and item use. Ensure your email can receive Chaos: Heroes War notifications.
7.2 Chaos: Heroes War may use your email to send product information and necessary notices.
Internet Connection
8.1 Chaos: Heroes War does not provide internet service. Users are responsible for their own connection costs.
Service Interruption
9.1 Chaos: Heroes War may interrupt website access for maintenance with advance notice.
9.2 Game developers may conduct scheduled/unscheduled maintenance. Notifications are the developer's responsibility.
9.3 Service may be interrupted due to force majeure or other uncontrollable factors.
Agreement Termination
10.1 Users may cancel accounts at any time.
10.2 Account cancellation or service termination does not entitle users to refunds.
10.3 Violating this Agreement or engaging in illegal activities will result in account termination without refund.
Miscellaneous
11.1 This Agreement and conduct rules constitute the complete agreement. Chaos: Heroes War may modify terms unilaterally with notice.
11.2 If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains effective. Invalid provisions shall be replaced with similar valid ones.
11.3 Failure to exercise any right does not constitute waiver. Waivers must be interpreted narrowly.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
12.1 This Agreement is governed by UK law. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration administered by the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (AAA-ICDR) under its International Arbitration Rules.
Refund Policy
13.1 Check the game developer's refund policy before purchasing.
13.2 Refund requests must be made directly to developers. Chaos: Heroes War cannot process refunds as an intermediary.
13.3 Chaos: Heroes War can assist direct buyers with payment verification for developer refund requests, but will not provide verification to third parties.
