Rules of Conduct

1. Account Usage Terms

1.2 In the event of a security breach, you are legally obligated to report it within 72 hours via support@smileone.co.uk.
1.3 User conduct must comply with online behavioral standards established under the UK Communications Act 2003.

2. Prohibited Conduct (Under the UK Fraud Act 2010)
2.1 The following are strictly prohibited:

Spam messages violating the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003
Unauthorized data collection (GDPR Article 6)
System attacks breaching the Computer Misuse Act 1990
False identity practices as defined by the Fraud Act 2006

3. Payment Terms
3.1 In accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015:

Fraudulent transactions will be immediately voided
No contractual relationship arises from incomplete payments

4. Breach Consequences
4.1 Under these Terms of Service:

Material breaches will result in service agreement termination
We reserve the right to pursue legal action under the Contempt of Court Act 1981

5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Strict adherence to:

The Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988
EU Copyright Directive on the Digital Single Market 2019

6. System Security
6.1 Prohibited under:

7. Transaction Terms

Digital goods are subject to a 14-day cooling-off period
Resale risks are borne entirely by the purchaser

8. General Provisions

Exclusive jurisdiction of England and Wales law
Dispute resolution via London arbitration
